If you feel the quality of the product is not as stated, please contact us immediately. We will replace any product that has thawed at the time of delivery. We cannot be responsible for items that have been sitting out for more than a few hours. If you feel the fault is on our end, we will re-ship a replacement product.
Please take photos of the damaged product, this helps us process the refund/replacement and also helps us improve quality.
